## Questions
### How can it be cheaper?
Because most hosts bill you more than they should: a teaser price the first year, then full price for a server, a database and plugins your visitors never see. We have decided to change overpriced online solutions. A CarbonCopy is the finished pages – it costs far less to run, loads fast and has far less that can break. The saving goes to you.

### Will anything change on my website?
No. Same look, same pages, same addresses. Anything that can't come along is shown before you decide – nothing disappears silently.

### Will my e-mail be affected?
No. We only change the two records for the website. The e-mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are never touched, and we check afterwards that they are unchanged.

### Do I keep my domain and my Google rankings?
Yes. Your domain stays with your provider. All addresses, titles and descriptions come along, so Google sees the same website.

### When do I start paying?
Once you have finished the steps here and approved your copy. Your website goes live as soon as you update the DNS details at your domain company – that step is behind your own login, so only you can do it (we show you exactly how). $10 a month, no lock-in.

### What do I do with my old host?
Keep it until your copy is live. Then cancel the hosting plan (not the domain). From that day you only pay us.

### My robots.txt blocks some pages. Can they come along?
Yes. We follow robots.txt by default, but it is your website: once you show it is yours (a code to your e-mail on the domain takes a minute) you can choose to lift the block for the copy, and those pages are copied too.

### Do I need technical skills?
No. The only thing you do at your domain provider is change two records – we show exactly which, for your provider.

### Can I move an online shop?
Not yet. A cart and checkout need a server. The check tells you right away, and you can ask us to tell you when it's supported.
