The service
CarbonCopy.com moves an existing website to hosting with us: we copy it, show the result and publish the copy under the customer’s domain. The service is provided by The Knowledge Formula - FZCO (DSO-FZCO-36765) under the NOVAI Pulse brand.
Right to copy
You may only move a website you own or have the right to move. You confirm this with a DNS record, a file, a meta tag or a code to an address on the domain before we copy. The content remains yours.
What doesn’t come along
Before publishing we show every feature that can’t be copied or works differently. You approve them explicitly. What you approved is not part of the service.
Price and payment
$10 a month excl. tax ($10 in the US, 100 SEK in Europe). Billing starts when the site is live on your domain. The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time; it ends at the end of the period.
Domain and e-mail
You keep your domain at your provider. We only ask you to change the web records; e-mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are not changed.
Personal data
We process your data under NOVAI Pulse’s privacy policy. Messages from contact forms are forwarded to you and not kept longer than necessary.
