What we do with your data when you check, preview and move your website.
Who is responsible

What we process
The website address you enter and the public pages of that website, to make the check and the preview. Your e-mail address if you give it, to show you the preview, tell you when it is ready and remind you about it. Name, e-mail and website if you apply to the partner programme. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Messages visitors send through a copied contact form are forwarded to you. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the service against abuse.
Why we may do this
Contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) when you start a check, a preview or a plan. Legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)) for security and to remind you about a preview you started; you can turn the reminders off with a link in every e-mail.
How long
A preview that doesn’t go further is removed 72 hours after it was ready. Enquiries that don’t lead to a customer relationship are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Customer data is kept while the agreement runs, and accounting records for 7 years as accounting rules require. Contact form messages are kept no longer than needed to deliver them.
Cookies
We use no cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. We store your choice of language and currency (one year), which version of the start page you saw, so we can compare versions (90 days), and a partner link you arrived through (60 days).
Who we share with
Providers that run the service for us, under data processing agreements: hosting, e-mail and Stripe for payments. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive it in a machine-readable format (GDPR articles 15 to 21). We answer within one month. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
